Pricing
The Moline Ballroom can be reserved for $750 per event. The Great Room & Fifth Ave Dining Room can be be reserved for $1,000 per event. If you'd like to consider having a multi-level venue, please call us for pricing.

Capacity
The Moline Ballroom can seat up to 450 people in a buffet style seating. Our Great Room & Fifth Ave Dining Room can seat up to 140 people comfortably.

Down payment
A down payment of $500 is required to reserve the space and date for any function. We can break the payment up into two payments payable within 30 days if the client wishes. The down payment is non-refundable.

Payment Policy
The Moline Club must receive payment in full (cash, certified check, or bank draft) for the complete cost of the function (food, beverages, facility) no less than 14 business days prior to the function. The damage deposit may not be applied against the final bill for the function.

Damage deposit
A refundable damage deposit of $200 is required at final payment. The damage deposit will be returned in full, approximately 10 business days after the function, less damage deductions (if any)…including, but not limited to, damage caused by candles to linens, mirrors, carpeting or other Moline Club property.

Food & Beverages
The Moline Club offers a complete selection of food and beverages to complement any function. Illinois State Health regulations require that food must be prepared by licensed caterer. In addition, all Illinois State Service of Alcohol Laws must be strictly adhered to. Personal food or beverages may not be brought into The Moline Club premises. Your cooperation in adhering to this policy is appreciated.
